Shipping Policy
Thank you for your order with TeeDistrict! This policy outlines our process for production and shipping. Our goal is to get your custom-made products to you as efficiently as possible.
1. Our Made-to-Order Production Process
Every product we create is custom-made specifically for you. This means we require time to produce your item(s) before they are ready for shipment. Please review the estimated production times below before ordering.
- Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, etc.): Please allow an estimated 2–7 business days for production.
- DTF Transfers: Please allow an estimated 1–2 business days for production.
Please note that our production time is an estimate only and may be delayed during peak seasons.
2. Shipping Process and Delivery
Once your order has completed production, it will be packaged and handed over to one of our trusted shipping carriers.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
- Delivery Time: The time it takes for your order to arrive after it has shipped depends on the shipping method you choose and your specific location. We do not provide or guarantee specific delivery transit times.
- Total Turnaround Time: Please remember that the total time to receive your order is the Production Time + Shipping Time.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.
- Tracking Information: If your chosen shipping method includes tracking, your confirmation email will contain a tracking number. This number will become active once the carrier scans your package.
- Non-Tracked Shipments: Please be aware that some shipping methods do not include tracking information in order to keep shipping costs low. If you require tracking, please select an appropriate shipping method at checkout.
4. Delays in Transit
Once a package is with the shipping carrier, its journey is out of our hands. TeeDistrict cannot be held responsible for any delays in transit caused by the shipping carrier. The tracking information provided by the carrier will have the most up-to-date information on your delivery.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
TeeDistrict is not liable for any products that are lost or damaged during shipping. Once the package is passed to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer.
- What to do: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@teedistrict.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be required for the claim process.
6. Incorrect Address Policy
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
TeeDistrict is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
