Our Guarantee

At TeeDistrict, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our apparel and DTF transfers, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or customer-provided design errors.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund for any order that has a clear manufacturing or printing defect.

What Qualifies for a Replacement or Refund?

An item is eligible for a replacement or refund if it meets one or more of the following criteria:

• Significant Manufacturing Defect: The product itself is flawed (e.g., a hole in the garment, broken seam).
• Printing Error: The final print on the product is demonstrably different from the design you submitted (e.g., wrong design, wrong colors, significantly skewed print).
• Incorrect Item Received: You received a different size, color, or product than what you ordered.
• Damaged in Transit: The product was damaged during shipping.

What Does Not Qualify?

The following issues are not considered grounds for a refund or replacement:

• Customer Design Errors: Low-resolution images, spelling or grammatical errors, or other design flaws present in the original file you submitted.
• Incorrect Size Ordered: You are responsible for consulting the size chart before placing your order.
• Shipping Carrier Delays: Delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of our control.
• Minor Color Variations: Due to differences in monitor and screen settings, the colors on the final product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your order qualifies for a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:

Once we receive your claim, our team will review the evidence. If the claim is verified, we will, at our discretion, offer a reprint of the defective item(s) at no cost to you, or a full refund for the affected items.
